Configure SSO for your organization

If you have an Enterprise or Business account, you can configure SSO for your organization using a SAML provider, and OIDC provider, or Okta.

Edit an existing SSO provider

You can edit existing SSO providers to modify almost any of their configuration parameters, enable them entirely, or disable them entirely. Note that you cannot modify the SSO provider type or the ID used for the SSO provider.

1. To edit the configuration for an SSO provider, log into the EchoMark application as an administrator. Then go to the Settings page in the left navigation menu.

2. Click on the Authentication link on the left side.

3. Click on the Edit button on the card for the SSO provider you would like to edit.

4. This will bring up the SSO Provider configuration dialog box. Please refer to the SSO Provider Setup Documents for the specific SSO provider type you are editing.

Disable an SSO Provider

1. You can disable an SSO provider from the Authentication page. This will make that particular SSO provider unavailable for login operations. Users with emails that use those domains will be redirected to the default login page instead.
2. To disable an SSO provider, first log into the EchoMark application as an administrator.
3. Go to the Settings page

4. On the Settings page, click on the Authentication link on the left menu

5. On the Authentication page, find the SSO Provider you would like to disable, and click on the Enabled checkbox to uncheck it and disable the provider

6. On the warning box, click on the Disable button to confirm you action

Enable a disabled SSO provider

1. You can enable a previously disabled SSO provider from the Authentication page. This will make that particular SSO provider available for login operations. 
2. To enable an SSO provider, first log into the EchoMark application as an administrator.
3. Go to the Settings page

4. On the Settings page, click on the Authentication link on the left menu

5. On the Authentication page, find the SSO Provider you would like to disable, and click on the Enabled checkbox to check it and enable the provider
