Before setup
Before completing setup, you will need to add an Application in your Okta applications. Then, you'll need to share your Client ID and Client Secret with the EchoMark customer operations team (reach out to us at support@echomark.com) Once EchoMark operations has created the SSO connector you can connect to the EchoMark web application through your Application Directory in Okta.
Create EchoMark application in Okta
- Navigate to your Applications page in Okta admin panel.
- Click the Create App integration button.
- Select OIDC - OpenID Connect Sign-in method and Web Application Application type, then press next.
- Complete the new application with the following settings:
App integration name EchoMark Sign-in redirect URI https://auth.echomark.com/login/callback Sign-out redirect URIs https://app.echomark.com Controlled Access Choose option according to your org's access controls
Share Client information with EchoMark
EchoMark needs three pieces of information to configure the SSO connector:
- Client ID
- Client secret
- Okta domain
You can find the Client ID and Client secret on the application details page.
The Okta domain can be found in the top-right dropdown menu under your username.
Once you have the information ready above, please share these secrets with EchoMark operations using a secret sharing service such as https://onetimesecret.com/ .
EchoMark operations will reach back out to you once the SSO integration is complete.
