If you need to disable EchoMark's automatic marking for your organization, you simply need to turn off the compliance rule you created to forward mail to EchoMark (e.g. Configure Workspace to mark all mail sent from members of a group).
- In your Google Admin Center, go to Apps > Google Workspace > Gmail then scroll to the section titled Compliance and expand it.
- Find the section titled Content compliance, then find the rule you configured for automatic marking (titled Outbound to EchoMark if you followed the instructions above) and press Disable on that rule.
- Wait for changes to take effect. Changes sometimes take a few minutes to a few hours to take effect, but EchoMark's automatic marking will be disabled once they do.
