If you intend to use EchoMark for a bulk email send, you may potentially run into SMTP relay limits for Google Workspace. Each user can send up to 10,000 messages in a 24 hour period. If you think you may hit this limit for the user sending the bulk email, the following steps allow you to send a bulk email using your organization wide limits, which are 4.6 million emails in a 24 hour period.
Step 1: Define a new group
Create a new group that will be used as the envelope sender. This group should include any users who will want to receive Delivery Status Notifications (DSNs).
Step 2: Contact EchoMark
Share this new group with EchoMark via support@echomark.com or by filing a support ticket. We will update your email configuration to use the group as the envelope sender. As this group is a not a registered user in Google Workspace, you will not be subject to the per user SMTP relay limits
