The owner of an EchoMark account can choose to delete all data associated with their account. Should you choose to delete your account, your subscription will end immediately, and all files, links, and users associated with your account will be deleted. Deleted accounts cannot be recovered.
To delete your account, please email support@echomark.com with the following:
- Subject: Account deletion request
- Message body:
- Account name
- Current subscription
- Reson for deleting
