SPF record
In order to ensure that EchoMarked messages do not get flagged as spam, an IT Admin will need to update your SPF TXT record to include: "include:smtp.app.echomark.com". Be sure to expand your existing record rather than adding one so that your record should look something like this:
v=spf1 ip4:192.168.0.0/16 include:smtp.app.echomark.com ~all
Self-serve domain verification
In order to verify domains for an integration set up through the EchoMark web app's Integrations page, copy the unique ID generated in the setup dialog:
Add a new TXT record with the unique ID, like so:
echomark-domain-verification=0197c2c1-b388-7bb2-93c1-8b9b09193971
Note that updates to DNS records can take up to 48 hours to propagate, but usually do so within 5-10 minutes.
