If you have an EchoMark Business or Enterprise account, you'll want to take advantage of EchoMark's email integration to protect your private mail and attachments automatically. This guide will help you get set up.
1. Update your DNS settings
Before you do anything else, you'll want to update the DNS settings for each of the domains that you want EchoMark to work with. This helps us to verify your domains, and it also prevents messages routed through EchoMark from appearing as spam.
2. Give us your organization's details
If you signed up for an EchoMark Business or Enterprise Account, you'll have received an email asking you for a few details. Please respond to that email. We'll need to know:
- Your organization's name
- Email provider (Microsoft Exchange)
- A list of all the domains that you want EchoMark to work with. (e.g. contoso.com, contoso.biz, acme.co)
- Your MX record. It can be found in the M365 Admin Center under Settings > Domains, then referencing the points to address or value under the MX record for your domain.
3. Configure connectors
While you await domain verification from EchoMark, you can go ahead and prepare your account to be ready to work with EchoMark by completing all of the prerequisites using one the guides below.

4. Await domain verification
We'll verify your domains in 48 hours or less - once you've gotten the go-ahead from EchoMark, you can begin sending marked email directly from the EchoMark app. To start marking email automatically for any mail sent through your organization, you'll want to configure automatic marking below.
5. Configure automatic marking
Once your domains have been successfully verified, move on to enable automatic marking.
