When you share files with EchoMark SecureView, you can determine who has access to your files with fine control while protecting your files from leakage with invisible watermarks.
Sharing
There are a few ways to get rolling with SecureView. The easiest way is to add a file to EchoMark either through the Upload button in the Files tab, or by dragging and dropping a file into the tab. After upload, you can either share the link directly from EchoMark, or copy it to your clipboard and share with the application of your choice.
You can also share a file from the file Share menus.
Access management
You can control access to a file, even after sharing it, by adjusting link settings. Access link settings from gear icon while sharing a file...
... or you can do it later on from the Manage access entry in the file Share menu within the file list.
Both entry points lead to the Link settings dialog where you can control access policy for all recipients of your link:
View analytics
In addition to invisible watermarks and access management, EchoMark SecureView enables you to track views of your file. You can see who viewed each file and how long they spent on each page. If you see any suspicious activity, you can always revoke access immediately via link settings.
