If you need to disable EchoMark's automatic marking for your organization, you simply need to turn off the compliance rule you created to forward mail to EchoMark (e.g. you may have set up using this rule Configure Exchange to mark all mail sent from members of a group).
- In your Exchange Admin Center go to Mail flow > Rules.
- Find the the rule you created to send mail to EchoMark (titled EchoMark Outbound if you followed the instructions above) and click on it.
- Click the Enable or disable rule switch to set it to the Disabled position.
- Wait for changes to take effect.
